M100-P is an intermittent motion powder filler that might be equipped with a variable number of auger dosing heads, based on customer’s requirements in terms of fill volumes and speed requirements.
Auger filler uses a high precision electronic device which is easily set.
All product contact parts are quickly disassembled for easy cleaning operations.

M100-P configuration is linear, assuring ease of access, maintenance, and change-over operations:
- Can be completed with powder feeding systems, installed based on project specifications
- Can be equipped with 100% IPC check-weighing system
Auger filler model DP/1 is proper for micro dosage, from 20 mg. up to 5 grams*. M100-P with DP/1 filler is proper for installation under o-RABS, c-RABS, isolator.
Auger filler model DP/2 is proper for dosages from 5 grams to 100 grams*. M100-P with DP/2 is proper for installation under standard guarding, humidity controlled guards and o-RABS.
A stand-alone capper for the application of one or more capping element can be aligned down-stream M100-P.
