History
A MARVELOUS JOURNEY
1967
From his experience as Machine Maintenance Manager in a historic Italian pharmaceutical company, Silvio Pravettoni establishes MAR.
1978
MAR is one of the first companies in the world to design and integrate a pioneering statistical weight control system on a production line.
1986
Birth of the M50: this highly versatile equipment redesigns and revolutionizes the traditional technical approach in pharmaceuticals.
1992
The M51, a machine designed for 100% weight-checking control, goes into production.
2012
MAR India is established.
2023
The Marchesini Group acquires MAR.
