M19
M19 is an intermittent motion rotary filling and capping monobloc particularly suitable for low speed requirements/small batches, at the maximum speed of 60 p/minute.
M19 comes in two versions:
- Rotary type (from 1 to 4 filling heads): all operations are carried out around the main machine carrousel
- With Linear filling (up to 6 filling heads): filling heads are placed in-line along the infeed conveyor, while capping operations are performed in the carrousel
Filling heads might include:
- SS or Ceramic Volumetric rotary pistons pumps
- SS Pumps with Rotary valves
- Peristaltic Pumps
M19 may be equipped with 100% IPC check-weighing system.
