M53 is a linear single or double pitch intermittent motion filling and capping monobloc, covering low to medium speed range requirements.
M53 can be manufactured as a monobloc machine, including fill station and two capping units, or – eg: for lyo lines – it can be realized as filling/stoppering machine (for stopper full and/or partial insertion) with stand-alone capper for separate capping operations after freeze-drying.
Filling heads (from 1 to 4 units max) might include:

The main feature of M53 is the container transport system, made by a walking beam “Comb” system, which reduces particles contamination to minimum levels. There are versions of M53 dedicated to aseptic productions and solutions for non-sterile products, to handle several types of containers, including:
- Plastic/glass vials and bottle
- Glass syringes
- Eye/oral drops
- Nasal sprays
Thanks to its linear development, M53 can be installed under o-RABS, c-RABS and Isolator and can be supplied in several versions:
- Small Batch version, handling one vial per time, achieving a max speed of 60 pcs/min.
- Double Pitch version, handling two vials per time, with a reference speed of 120 pcs/min.
M53 can include 100% weight IPC, and 100% closure controls system.
