This M53 machine is an intermittent motion SINGLE pitch monobloc for liquid filling, stoppering and capping operations treating 1 vial per time.
- RTU vial trays opening desk and Overturning device to reverse vials in upright position.
- Filling operation is carried out in one step (filling of 1 vial per time) by Peristaltic Pump or by SS rotating pump.
- Speed up to 50 pieces per Minute
- Optionally equipped with 100% check-weighing unit.
- Rubber stopper application (solutions, lyo and ARaymond® cap) and Alu-cap sealing unit.
- Installation under oRabs, cRabs and isolator.
